No managed-service DPA is offered

The current Nala desktop application is local-first and does not provide a Nala-hosted model or customer-data processing backend. Nala therefore does not currently offer or execute a data processing agreement for the free desktop application.

A prior page was an unverified template containing invented entity, representative, GCP, audit, certification, personnel, and subprocessor claims. It has been withdrawn rather than presented as fact.

The website's limited controller-side processing is described in the Privacy Notice. If a managed enterprise service is introduced later, a counsel-reviewed DPA and accurate subprocessor/security schedule must be published before customer personal data is accepted.
